摘要
采用文献资料法并结合北方高校速滑教学实践经验和存在的问题,就速滑实践课教学内容和教学方法的改革进行理性分析。提出了速滑实践课教学改革的理论基础与指导思想、速滑实践课的核心内容及教学改革的着眼点、如何突出学生个性发展和教学内容的改革与创新等方面思考,指明北方高校速滑实践课教学改革路向,为实现大学生身心健康发展奠定基础。
Combining the documentary information method lem of speed skating teaching in northern universities, the teaching content and method. It has a thought on the teaching practice and the respect of teaching reform, with the practice experience and existing prob- article has a rational analysis on reforming the theory basic and the guiding idea, the core content of the individual development of undergraduates and the innovation of teaching content.
