螺旋扭状增强材料螺旋效应的理论解析 被引量:2

摘要 阐述了螺旋扭状增强材料的螺旋效应表现,分析了螺旋扭状增强材料几何形态特征参数,提出了螺旋扭状增强材料粘结锚固力的机理模型,并进行了基本公式推导和敏感性分析.结果表明,减小螺旋扭状增强材料的节距对于其荷载-滑移曲线的第一峰值影响不大,但可明显提高其荷载-滑移曲线第二峰值,这与冷轧扭钢筋和螺旋扭状钢纤维拉拔实验结果相吻合.另外,从理论上证明了螺旋扭状增强材料的螺旋效应具有必然性. The helical-effect of helical and twisted reinforcement material is analyzed. Through analyzing the geometrical parameters of the helical and twisted material, a mechanism model based on the bond of anchorage is established. Furthermore the fundamental derivation formula is proposed and the sensitivity is analyzed. The result proves that the pitch of the helical and twisted material affects the first peak little, but has remarkable effect on the second peak of the curve of the load-slip. These theoretical results match the result of pullout test on the helical and twisted steel and fiber. The universality of helical-effect is proved theoretically.
