摘要
"生态城市"现象在全球范围内兴起多年并形成多种不同类型,最近几年"生态城市"项目又出现了新的趋势,即与绿色建筑的技术和概念层面密切挂钩,然而生态城市内涵的全面性、复杂性以及绿色建筑技术的不确定性时刻挑战着这一思路。在积极应用生态城市和绿色建筑理念进行大胆试验的同时,我们还必须关注狭隘概念与全面示范意义、名义目的与经济利益之间的平衡问题。
Eco-city, as a phenomenon, has sprung up many years in the world and has formed various kinds of type. Recent years, there appears new trend that eco-city is closely connected with the technique and concept of green building. But this line of thinking often faces challenge with the complexity and comprehensiveness of eco-city＇s essence, and with the uncertainty of green building＇s technique. We should notice the balance between the narrow-sense and comprehensive demonstrative meaning of green building and between the nominal intention and economic benefits, while positively conducting bold experiment by theory of ecocity and green building.
