摘要
目的探讨微探头超声内镜(MPS)及射频诊断和治疗十二指肠囊肿的价值。方法34例患者胃镜检查发现十二指肠隆起性病变,行MPS诊断为十二指肠囊肿,其中31例行射频治疗。结果十二指肠囊肿超声表现为病灶处呈圆形、类圆形无回声区,起源于黏膜下层。患者经射频治疗后十二指肠囊肿囊壁均完全破坏,未出现出血、穿孔等严重并发症。结论MPS能准确诊断十二指肠囊肿,射频是治疗较小十二指肠囊肿的可行方法。
Objective To investigate the values of miniature probe scanner (MPS)and radio frequency abl (RFA) in diagnosis and treatment of duodenal cyst. Methods Thirty-four patients with bulgy lesions of duodenum were examined by MPS and were diagnosed as duodenal cyst. Thirty-one patients with duodenal cyst received RFA treatment. Results The uhrasonography of duodenal cyst manifested as: the lesions showed round or ellipse no internal echoes, which originated from submucosa. After treatment of RFA, the wall of cyst of the patients was destroied and the patients didn't suffer from severe complications such as bleeding or perforation. Conclusion MPS is relatively an accurate measure in diagnosing duodenal cyst. RFA is a feasible treatment for the smaller duodenal cyst.
