摘要
对上海振华港口机械(集团)股份有限公司(简称上海振华港机)提出的自动化码头方案中立体分配系统中的低架桥空间桁架钢结构进行了稳定性分析.首先介绍了低架桥的结构构造,利用ANSYS软件对该空间桁架钢结构建立了有限元梁单元分析模型,通过工况载荷分析比较得到了低架桥的最不利工况和该工况下的构件受力情况.进而在考虑最不利工况的情况下,基于有限单元法对结构整体进行了弹性屈曲分析,得到了屈曲特征值和模态.并对危险构件进行了局部稳定性校核.结果表明该空间桁架钢结构具有良好的稳定性.
Pertaining to the Zhenhua Port Machinery Co. Ltd (ZPMC) automated container terminal conception, the stability analysis is applied for the truss low bridge structure in a 3D container allocation system. Firstly, the configuration of truss low structure is introduced. By using ANSYSTM, a beam-element-based simulation model is established. Then, the extreme working and loading conditions are speculated through analyses and comparisons. Accordingly, the buckling eigenvalue and modal are obtained based on the truss-structure elastic buckling analysis. Next, the local stability is validated in terms of perilous components. Finally, it is revealed that the 3D truss structure possesses good stability.
