摘要 将WebGIS技术引入在线监控领域,充分发挥WebGIS图形化的信息发布和检索功能,实现监测数据的实时显示与分析,将极大地提高在线监控系统的直观性与便捷性,但缘于WebGIS系统自身实现机理的原因,以及外部网络环境的限制,当前基于WebGIS平台的应用系统都无法实现真正的在线监控功能。作者在深入分析WebGIS的优劣势之后,将客户端回调技术引入WebGIS监控系统开发中,并以北京市朝阳区环境污染在线监控系统为例,搭建出了一套完善、高效的信息发布平台,实现了污染源信息的空间可视化。该系统可以高效便捷地实现污染源在线监控、数据统计与分析,可为污染治理、突发事件应急处理提供科学的决策依据。本文提供的Web-GIS在线监控系统设计思路与实现方法,为污染源监控、矿山安全、海洋监测等诸多领域的应用系统研发提供了参考,有一定的应用和推广价值。 Introducing webgis technique into online monitoring field has great application value, which can graphically express the space distribution of monitoring targets and greatly enhance the convenience of monitoring systems. But limited by its own service mech- anism and ineffective network environment, traditional webgis can' t realize real monitoring function. Having analyzed the architecture and developing methods of ArcIMS, we abundantly adopted client callback technique in the process of designing webgis monitoring system, which can help webgis to overcome original bottlenecks and realize real online monitoring. As a demonstration, the environmental pollution monitoring system of Beijing Chaoyang district was developed, which realized not only pollution sources data visualization but also online monitoring, statistical analysis. The system can provide a scientific basis for environmental protection and paroxysmal environmental accident handling. The designing ideas and implementation methods presented in the article are valuable reference for developing similar systems in the field such as environmental monitoring, mine safety, and marine monitoring.
