摘要
在由YAG激光强化机车气缸套表面的试验研究中,理论计算的硬化带尺寸与试验结果一致,采用此方法确定工艺参数,可有效减少试验工作量。磨损试验结果表明,强化后的缸套材料,可以有效提高其耐磨性和配副性,为机车气缸套表面激光强化处理的经济实用性提供了依据。
The properties of locomotive engine cylinder surfaces hardened by YAG laser are studied. The hardening size calculated is in accord with that obtained from test. Thus the test work volume for determining the technical parameters can be reduced efficiently. The results of wear tests indicate that the surface hardening can increase the wear resistance of not only cylinder jackets but also piston rings. This proves that the hardening technology is an economical and practical way of prolonging their service lives.
