摘要
使用序批式反应器,以啤酒厂的普通活性污泥为接种污泥,成功培养出成熟稳定的好氧颗粒污泥,并应用于处理城市生活污水的试验研究.考察了好氧颗粒污泥在常温下对COD以及NH^+4-N的去除效果,平均去除率分别达到80%,82%.试验过程中颗粒污泥质量浓度在2700—3600mg·L^-1范围内变化,高于普通活性污泥系统,且沉降性能良好.污泥容积指数在30~50mL·g^-1范围内变化,颗粒污泥的平均粒径稳定在0.5~1.2mm.
Using conventional activated sludge of breweries as the vicinal sludge, stable aerobic granular sludge in sequencing batch reactor was cultured successfully, and it was applied to municipal sewage treatment. At room temperature, COD and NH^+4 -N removal rate of aerobic granular sludge was tested, and the average remoualrate reached 80% and 82%, respectively. The eoneentration of aerobic granular sludge ranged from 2 700 - 3 600 mg . L^-1, higher than that of the conventional activated sludge. The Sludge Volumetric Index of granular sludge ranged from 30 that of 50 mL . g^-1 and favorable settling ability is shown. The average particle size of granular sludge ranged from 0.5 - 1.2 mm at all times.
