摘要
随着社会经济的发展,大学生盗窃罪犯罪逐年增多,并成为教育工作者和法律工作者关注的焦点。本文从大学生盗窃犯罪法理出发,立足于大学生盗窃犯罪的现状,分析其形成原因,在此基础上结合实际,探讨大学生犯罪的预防与处理。
With the development of the social economy, the theft crime of college students increases year by year, and it has brought educators＇ and legal workers＇ attention. Based on the status quo of the theft crime＇of college students, this article begins with the legal theory of the theft crime of college students, and analyzes its causes and discusses the prevention and treatment.
