摘要
随着国家环保要求的日益严格,污染物的治理、排放费用也对锅炉的经济运行产生较大影响。通过对不同细度的神华煤在不同总过量空气系数和不同分级送风比例下进行实验室台架燃烧试验,确定了煤粉细度和分级送风比例对于神华煤NOx排放特性以及飞灰含碳质量分数的影响规律。根据实验室试验结果和一台燃用神华煤的600MW亚临界锅炉的实际经济指标,综合考虑飞灰含碳质量分数、磨煤单耗、NOx排放质量浓度3项因素进行技术经济对比分析,提出了不同于传统煤粉经济细度的神华煤新煤粉经济细度指标。
With the even more strict requirements for national environment protection, the cost in pollutant treatment and emission has great effects on the economic operation of boiler. Based on the combustion experiment on Shenhua Coal of different fineness in different excess air coefficient and different staged air ratio, the effects of fineness and staged air ratio on Shenhua Coal NOx emission characteristics and unburned carbon content in fly ash were determined. According to the experimental results and the actual economic indexes of 600 MW subcritical boiler fired with Shenhua Coal, a new pulverized coal economic fineness index that differs from traditional one was put forward by comprehensively considering three factors, such as unburned carbon content in fly ash, power consumption for coal pulverizing and NOx emission concentration.
