摘要
为探讨非手术疗法治疗脊髓型颈椎病的效果，对１９８７年—１９９３年间收治的６２例脊髓型颈椎病患者采用的颈椎牵引、推拿、扩管及扩容等疗法进行观察。结果显示：采用非手术方法治疗的显效率为６７．７４％，有效率为９８．３９％。因此，对已确诊为脊髓型颈椎病的患者视其临床情况可以试行采用非手术疗法。
We adopted cervical traction,massage and manipulation,the medicines of dilating and expanding blood vessel in sixtytwo patients with Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy(CSM) so as to inquire into the effects of nonoperation therapeutic methods.The results show that the rate of good effect is 67.74%.and the effective rate is 98.39%.The authors consider that non-operation therapeutic methods which used in treating CSM may be effective.
