摘要
采用Ｈｏｐｋｉｎ’ｓ潜窥镜与套管钳配套行气管、支气管异物取出术４２例，均获成功，无手术并发症。与普通支气管镜检查、异物取出术相比该手术具有可在明视下钳夹、取出异物的优点。大大提高了气管、支气管异物手术的安全性。
42 patients with tracheobroncheal foreign body were operated with Hopkin’s telescope and tube forceps.All of them were removed safely.There were no Complication.Compare with Common operation of tracheobroncheal foreign body,This operative procedure can be peeping into by operator.The operative safety confficient of tracheobroncheal foreign body has risen greatly.
