摘要
2007年是朝鲜"建设经济强国"的转折之年,朝鲜经济发展虽然还面临着严峻的困难和挑战,但在各方面因素的综合作用下,朝鲜经济改革的步伐不断加快。辽宁与朝鲜一衣带水,这种特殊的地理位置,在朝鲜的经济改革中起着举足轻重的作用。
The year of 2007 is the turning- year for North Korea in ＂building an economic power country＂. Although severe difficulties and challenges exsit in the economic development of North Korea, its step of economic reform is speeding up with comprehensive actions of all aspects. Liaoning, by a peculiar geographic position that is a close - neighbor seperated only by a strip of water with North Korea, plays an important role in North Korea＇s economic reform.
