摘要
研究了 V(Ⅴ)-BPR-DCTA-CPB 新显色体系。在 pH8.0~9.0的 NH_3·H_2O~NH_4Cl 缓冲体系中,有 DCTA 存在下,V(Ⅴ)形成一种多元络合物,其最大吸收波长位于640nm 处,相应的摩尔吸光系数为1.0×10~5l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。钒量在0~12μg V(Ⅴ)/25ml 范围内服从比尔定律。方法简单、快速,灵敏。用于地质试样中微量钒的测定结果满意。
The new colour-forming system V(V)-BPR-CPB-DCTA has been studied systematically.InNH_3·H_2O-NH_4Cl buffer solution of pH 8.0 to9.0 V(V) forms a multicomponent complex in thepresence of DCTA.The maximum absorption ofthe complex is at 640nm and its molar absorptivi-ty is 1.0×10~5l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).Beer's law is obeyedfor vanadium in the range of 0~12 μgV(V)/25 ml.The method is simple,rapid and sensitive.Arecommended procedure has been applied to thedetermination of micro amounts of vanadium ingeological samples with satisfactory results.
