摘要
作为中国重要的工业原料和国内最大的装备制造业基地的东北地区装备制造业集群,由于经济体制落后、经济结构单一等原因,无法形成较强的产业集群竞争力。以波特钻石模型为基础,建立以集群内部发展和联系、集群外部支持和竞争等为构成要素的产业集群钻石模型,并用该模型对东北地区装备制造业集群竞争力进行分析和评价,认为东北地区装备制造业集群在产业关联、产业策略、社会网络等要素上均存在问题,从而导致了集群竞争力的低下。
As an important industry raw material and the biggest equipment manufacturing base, the competitive competence of equipment manufacturing in Northeast China is not strong due to the lagged economic system, single economic structure and so on. Based on Porter＇s diamond model, this paper establishes a industrial cluster diamond model with inner cluster development and relationship, outer cluster support and competition and so on, as factors, evaluates and analyses the competitive competence of the equipment manufacturing cluster in Northeast China. The conclusions are equipment manufacturing cluster in Northeast China have some problems in industry relating, industry strategy, and social network which lead to the low competitive competence.
