摘要
介绍了27SiMnMoV钢的生产工艺过程以及生产中出现的质量问题。通过试验研究,对出现问题的冷拔坯火工艺进行了修正。经验证,修正后的冷拔坯火工艺是合理的,可行的。
In this paper, production process of steel 27SiMnMoV and quality problem occurred in the production was described. Based on the test and research, the annealing process which caused the problem was modified, the practical results showed that the modified annealing process is reasonable and feasible.
