摘要
目的评价第三代抗组胺药开瑞坦对小儿外耳道湿疹的临床疗效。方法外耳道湿疹患儿34例(43耳),随机分为治疗组(18例,22耳)和对照组(16例,21耳)。治疗组口服开瑞坦,对照组口服扑尔敏,两组患儿均局部外涂复方酮康唑氧氟沙星软膏,观察比较疗效差异。结果治疗组和对照组的痊愈率分别为86.4%和57.1%(P<0.05)。痊愈病例随访1个月,其复发率分别为21.1%和66.7%(P<0.05)。两组患儿均无严重的不良反应发生。结论开瑞坦用于小儿外耳道湿疹的治疗具有疗效好、副作用少、服用方便的特点,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Loratadine on eczema in the external acoustic meatus among children based on a clinical trial. Methods Thirty-four children cases （43ears） with eczema in the external acoustic meatus were randomly divided into two groups, with 18 children （22ears） in the treating group （TG） treated by Loratadine and 16 （21ears） in the controlling one （CG） treated by Chlorphenamine Maleate, all being combined with the local applying with Compound dexamethasonum acetate ointment in the same way. Then, their therapeutic effects were observed in a comparative way, followed by a following up period to see the reoccurring incidence among these patients. Results The curative rates were 86.4% and 57.1% for the cases in TG and CG respectively, with a very significant difference in this indicator between them （P〈0.05）. By the end of following up period lasted for one month, the reoccurring rates of the lesion were 21.1% and 66.7% for them respectively, also with a very significant difference here （P〈0.05）. No marked side effects are found among these children in either group. Conclusions Loratadine holds very significant therapeutic effect on eczema in external auditory canal, with much less side effects and being more convenient for taking. Therefore, it is worthy to introduce this reagent into clinical practical use.
