摘要
目的:研究高频电磁诱导铁磁热籽产热对肿瘤的定向加热。方法:将镍铜合金制作的具有较低居里温度特点的针状铁磁热籽植入小鼠肝癌组织内,从体外施加高频电磁场诱导植入瘤体内的铁磁热籽感应产热(涡流损耗),观察对瘤体加热时的温度变化和加热后的病理改变、瘤体大小及动物生存时间等。组果:200kHz、5mT 的高频电磁场诱导植入瘤体内的铁磁热籽产热可使小鼠瘤体中心温度迅速升高达50℃,并使瘤体在持续加热中维持在这一温度水平;瘤体周围与肿瘤交界处的正常组织温度升高并不明显。肿瘤组织出现大片坏死,71%小鼠瘤体消失,生存期明显延长。结论:本加热方法可达到对肿瘤治疗的定向选择和温度控制。
Objective:To study the effects of thermotherapy resulting from ferromagnetic ther- moseed induced by high frequency electromagnet for hepatic tumors.Methods:The ferromagnetic ther- mmoseed needle made of nickel-copper alloy,which was possesed of low Curie temperature,was im- planted in hepatic tumors of mice.Then the high frequency electromagnetic field was applied to body outside to make the ferromagnetic thermoseed producing the hyperthermia.Before and after thermother- apy,the tumor size,pathologic alteration and animal survival period were assessed.Results:The temper- ature at tumor center area could be heated up to 50℃.The tumor necrosis was greatly presented.The most of tumors in mice disappeared.The survival period of mice was longer.Conclusion:h is suggested that the method is beneficial to directional selection and tmperature control for treatment of hepatic tu- mors.
