摘要
胆囊息肉样病变（PLG）中有10％是早期胆囊癌[1]，为了探讨如何减少早期胆囊癌的漏诊率，作者总结分析了1987年5月至1996年4月间手术治疗的PLG107例,结合病理诊断发现：多发性病灶占62．61％（67／107），单发性病灶37．38％（40／107）；良性病变95．32％（102／107），恶性病变4．67％（5／107）。PLG可发生在胆囊的任何部位，以胆囊体部最多见，底部次之。作者就PLG的病理类型、临床指标及恶性病变与手术指征的关系进行了探讨，认为PLG的单发病变、直径＞10mm、广基、病变渐增大、年龄＞50岁者，恶性病变的可能性较大，为绝对手术指征。
Abstract: Early Carcinoma of the gallbladder took up 10 per cent in polypoid change of allbladder. How to reduce the missed diagnosis of the early cholecystic cancer? We went over 107 cases of the polypoid lesions in the cholecystectomy from May of 1987 to April of 1996. The results showed: multiple polypoid changes took 62. 61 per cent(67/107), single lesion was 37. 38 per cent (40/107); Benign polyp took 95. 32 per cent (102/107), malignant lesions took up 4. 67 per cent (5/107); polypoid changes could occur at any part of the gallbladders. However, most lesions were seen at the body of gallbladders, the secondary was the base. In addition, this article discussed the relations among the pathologic type, clinic indexes, canceration and operating indications in polypoid change of gallbladder. We suggested when the ploypoid lesions were single, diameter more than 10 millimeters, sessile, hyperplasia gradually and patients' age over fifty the polyp might be malignant and must be resected.
