摘要
选用粉煤灰、矿化垃圾和建筑垃圾3种改性剂,并以泥土为对照与污泥混合作为预处理的手段,实验研究了其是否满足污泥填埋处置的要求,综合比较不同混合比例的改性剂对污泥的含水率、持水性能、抗压强度、渗透性能和臭气强度等工程性质的改善情况,指出:矿化垃圾具有易于就地取材,数量充足,不额外占用填埋空间的优点;当污泥处置于已有垃圾填埋场时,可优先考虑矿化垃圾与污泥混合填埋的方法;最后结合填埋场的现场试验,提出工程性应用的关键点。
Modifiers, such as coal fly ash, aged waste, and construction waste were selected to mix with sludge as a pretreatment method, and soil was taking as the contrast. It was researched in the experiment whether the modifiers met the demand for sludge landfill disposal. The improvements of engineering properties were compared synthetically, including moisture, moisture retention, compressive strength, permeability, and odor. The results showed that aged waste should be a priority option of modifier when sludge was disposed into the existing waste landfill sites, due to its easy availability, large quantity, and no extra landfill space. Finally, combined with on-site test in landfill sites, the key points of its engineering application were suggested.
