本文综述了转基因技术在猪的生产性能改良、抗病、器官移植及作为生物反应器方面的研究进展情况。
The transfer of genetic material by recombinant DNA technology has developed rapidly over the past decade, it has many applications and the most prominent areas include animal bioreactor and disease models. The paper briefly overviews the research progress of transgenic swine in enhancement of production traits, increasing disease resistance, bioreactor, and xenograft.
