摘要
目前工学结合人才培养模式的改革仍为许多问题所困扰,导致局部工作陷入困境。这些问题的产生,既有表面原因又有背后深层的原因。只有找出这些原因加以分析,才能有针对性地进行解决。文章提出了工学结合实施过程中存在的6个方面困境,并进行了分析。
At present, there are many problems in the reform of talents training during the process of combining work and study, which lead partial work to dilemma. Only to find out both external reasons and internal reasons can the problems be solved. This paper presents and analyzes six problems during the process of combining study and work.
