摘要
目的探讨耳穴贴压及腹部按摩对肿瘤化疗患者排便的影响。方法选择肿瘤科185例化疗患者，随机分为甲组：耳穴贴压＋腹部按摩组，65例；乙组：腹部按摩组，62例；丙组：常规护理组，58例。比较3组的排便情况。结果首次排便时间〉72h甲组10例，乙组22例，丙组31例，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；首次排便情况甲组明显优于丙组和乙组。结论采用耳穴贴压及腹部按摩有利于改善肿瘤化疗患者的排便情况。
Objective To investigate the influence of ear point taping and pressing and abdominal massage on defecation of tumor patients treated with chemical therapy. Methods 185 tumor patients treated with chemical therapy were divided into group A （ the ear point taping and pressing and abdominal massage group）, group B （the abdominal massage group） and group C （the routine nursing group）, with 65, 62 and 58 cases, respectively. The defecation of the three groups were compared. Results 10 cases in group A ,22 cases in group B and 31 cases in group C had the defecation time for the first time more than 72 h. The difference had statistical meaning （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The defecation for the first time in group A was obviously superior to those in group C and group B. Conclusions Ear point taping and pressing and abdominal massage is helpful to defecation of tumor patients treated with chemical therapy.
