摘要
就目前建设工程项目分包管理存在的问题,从7个方面进行了仔细地分析,提出了有效应对措施。研究了目前总包与分包之间存在的协调问题。结合建设工程发展的实际,预测了的总包与分包管理模式发展趋势。
On existing questions of construction project sub-contract management, this paper made a careful analysis from 7 aspects and proposed the effective countermeasures. The questions about coordination between general contractors and sub-contractors were analyzed. Combined with the reality of development of construction engineering, the developing trend of management pattern of general contract and sub-contract was forecasted.
