摘要
目的探讨黄芩的毛细管电泳含量测定方法。方法毛细管区带电泳〔1〕。结果黄芩苷峰形良好,同时分离出多个峰有待进一步研究。结论该法成本低廉,简便可行,同时检出多成分,提示可作为GAP药材质量控制的重要参考。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the determination method of baicalin in Scutellaria root.METHODS It was determinated by HPCE.RESULTS Baicalin was determinated well,several other components were detected and separated.CONCLUSION The method is simple with low cost,several components were detected at the same time,it may be used for quality control of the GAP herb.
