摘要 如何促进创面、尤其是慢性难愈性创面尽早愈合是外科医师一直探索的问题,临床应用的方法有很多:灌洗、负压、高压氧、涡流或者脉冲冲洗、超声、红外线、局部应用抗生素以及生长因子等,但是到目前为止尚没有一种理想的方法。1843Dubois—Reymond发现在人体皮肤伤口存在强度为imA的电流。后来证实,伤口会产生电场,形成损伤电流(injury current),研究认为伤口电流的存在和维持在创面愈合过程中具有重要作用。2002年电刺激(electric stimulus)疗法用于促进创面愈合在美国获得承认,主要用于常规创面愈合方案治疗无效的创面。本文对电场(流)与创面愈合关系进行综述。
