摘要
用95℃左右,10%的碳酸钠溶液循环清洗和物理清洗相结合的方法,快速清除糠醛生产中初镏塔塔釜加热器污垢,经实际应用,污垢的清洗时间由原来的24 h缩短到6 h。
In this article, the rapid cleaning method of fouling which was combined by the circulatory cleaning of sodium carbonate solution （ about 95℃, 10% ） and physical was determined, after praetieal applieation, the cleaning time was subtracted from 24 h to 6 h.
