摘要
建立了全谱直读等离子发射光谱仪测定原料药中微量硼的方法。采用全谱直读等离子发射光谱仪的光源发射功率为1150W,雾化压力为103.35kPa,检测波长为249.773nm及249.678nm。当硼的浓度在0.05—5.0mg/L变化时,相关系数为r=O.999,其回收率均在98%以上,RSD(n=6)为1.2%,检出限为3μg/L。采用该方法可以简单、快速地测定药品中的微量硼。
To develop a ICP-AES method for the determination of boron in raw pharmaceutical. The power of light source was 1 150 W, atomization pressure was 103.35 kPa, the detection was carried out at 249. 773 nm and 249.678 nm. The linear calibration range for the boron were 0.05-5.0 mg/L,and with r =0.999 ,respectively. The recovery were over 98% ,respectively. With RSD ( n = 6) being 1. 2%. The detection limit were 3 μg/L, respectively. The method is rapid, convenient and accurate to determine the contents of boron in raw pharmaceutical.
