摘要
以松节油和马来酸酐为原料,合成1-甲基-4-异丙基-环己-1,2,3,4-四甲酸的最佳条件为n(萜烯马来酸酐)∶n(KMnO4+H IO4)=0.036∶0.030,pH=0.70,温度80℃,反应2 h,压力101.325 kPa,产率为83%。目标产品用FTIR,UV,XRD,1H NMR测定。
1-Methyl-4-isopropyl-cyclohexyl-1,2,3,4-acid was synthesized from turpentine and maleie anhydride. The best synthesis conditions were that the mole ratio is n( terpene-maleic anhydride) : n( KMnO4 + HIO4 ) =0.036 : 0.030 ,the pH is 0.70 ,the reaction temperature is 80 ℃ and the distillation pressure 101. 325 kPa,the yield is 83% ,products was characterized by FTIR,UV,XRD,^1H NMR.
