摘要
以5-氨基-1H-1,2,4-三唑-3-羧酸为起始原料,经环化和酯化二步反应,合成了标题化合物5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-羧酸乙酯,其结构经元素分析1、H NMR和MS表征,并对其质谱裂解途径进行了探讨。
A new compound 5,7-dimethyl - 1,2,4 -triazolo [ 1, 5-a ] pyrimidine-2-carboxylic acid ethyl ester has been synthesized based on the starting material 5-amino-1H-1 ,2,4-triazole-3-carboxylic acid by two steps：cyclization and esterification. Structure of the compound was confirmed by elemental analysis, MS and ^1H NMR, and fragmentation mechanism of MS spectra was discussed.
