摘要
采用种子乳液聚合法制备聚丙烯酸酯乳液,再与松香改性PVB乳液混合制成复配木材胶,讨论了改性PVB乳液、保护胶体聚乙烯醇、乳化剂和引发剂的用量,以及丙烯酸酯类单体的配比、搅拌速度和反应温度等因素对胶粘剂性能的影响,得出了生产木材胶粘剂的最佳工艺。该胶粘剂具有水溶性好、初粘力大、粘接强度高、固化时间短等优点,显现出广阔的应用前景。
In this paper, polyacrylate emulsion was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization, and then the combination wood adhesive was formed by blending of the polyaerylate emulsion and rosin modified PVB emulsion. Effect of some process parameters, such as amounts of modified PVB emulsion, protective colloid PVA, emulsifiers and initiator, espeually weight ratio of acrylic ester monomers, stirring speed and reaction temperature on adhesive performance was investigatea. And the optimum production process of the wood adhesive was obtained. The adhesive has many performance advantages, such as good water solubility, high tackiness and bonding strength and short hardening time. so the adhesive has abroad application prospect.
