摘要
本文提出了基于光激发/光伏探测特性的正偏压1-4象限集成红外收发模型,并设计了基于该模型和MSP430处理器的学习型遥控器。实验结果表明,该系统可顺利接收3~5cm距离的红外遥控器信号,并实现了远距离红外控制,是一种优异的学习型遥控器设计方案。
A positive bias 1-4 quadrant integrated infrared transceiver model based on light excitation/photovohaic detecting characteristic is given in this paper. And a learning remote-controller based on this model and Msp430 processor is designed. The experiment results show that the system can successfully receive the infrared remote-controller's signal at 3-5cm extent. And it can conduct remote infrared control. It is an excellent learning remote-controller design project.
