摘要
本文以WinCE嵌入式操作系统和微处理器ARM为核心,设计了一种机械零件加工过程中嵌入式实时质量监测系统。论文介绍了系统的设计方案、系统组成以及硬件驱动程序设计和应用程序设计等关键技术问题。通过实验证明,该系统可以实现对机械零件加工过程的质量的实时动态监测。
In this paper an embedded real time quality supervising system in mechanical element process is presented using WinCE and MCU ARM as the core of the system. Discusses the design scheme, system stack and several important technical problems, such as hardware drivers design and application programs design. Experiments indicate the system implements the quality of real time dynamic supervising in mechanical element process.
