摘要
目的:为膝关节去神经术治疗膝关节疼痛性疾患提供解剖学基础。方法:在30侧防腐成人下肢标本上,对支配膝关节的神经关节支进行解剖观测。结果:股内侧肌支、股中间肌支、股外侧肌支、膝关节肌支关节支支配膝关节前上区;隐神经及其分支支配膝关节前内、前下区;腓总神经关节支支配前外侧区;胫神经或坐骨神经关节支支配膝关节腘区。其中股内侧肌支、隐神经、腓总神经、胫神经或坐骨神经关节支较粗大、解剖较恒定、表浅可行选择性切断。结论:选择性切断膝关节神经支治疗膝关节疼痛性疾患具有可行性。
Objective: To explore the anatomic possibility of neurotomy to treat the arthronalgia of knee joint. Methods: The articular nerve branches were dissected and measured on 30 sides of adult cadaver's lower limbs. Results: The nerve branches from the medial vastus muscle, musculus intermedial vastus muscle, lateral vastus muscle and the muscles of knee joint were distributed to the above-front part of knee joint. The articular branches of saphenous nerve, common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve or ischiadic nerve were distrbuted to the inner-front and under-front, the lateral-front and lateroposterior part of knee joint respectively. The articular branches of the medial vastus muscle, s were wider and could ap b could be applied to the henous nerve, common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve or ischiadic nerve e located easily. Conclusion. It was possible that the selective neurectomy treatment of arthronalgia of knee joint.
