摘要
目的探讨前弹力层表面进行翼状胬肉切除术的可行性。方法表麻和翼状胬肉下的浸润麻醉，在翼状胬肉的周边作窄条状的角膜上皮刮除，以暴露的前弹力层表面作为参照面，进行翼状胬肉切除。结果术中非常容易把翼状胬肉头端与前弹层分离，除1只眼的角膜中央区术中就有翼状胬肉浸润性混浊外，其他12只眼术后角膜中央无影响视力的混浊。结论拟于前弹力层表面行翼状胬肉切除术的术中操作是可行的、简单的、可靠的。
Objective To study feasibility of pterygium excision in front of Bowman membrane. Methods Pterygium excisions were completed on Bowman membrane that corneal subepithelium was scraped under surface of eye and pterygium were hocused.Results Calvaria of pterygium were separated very easy from Bowman membrane.No turbidity of influence sight came forth postoperative other 12 eyes central cornea, in addition to 1 eye central cornea was destroyed by pterygium.Conclusion It was feasibility and simple and tried that pterygium excision in front of Bowman membrane.
