社会舆论关注焦点的东航"返航"事件,曾在社会舆论下闹得沸沸扬扬,最终以巨额赔款、企业形象受损而告终。东航对"返航事件"的处理,为我们研究企业危机公关提供了很好的研究材料。从危机公关的5S原则分析东航在处理"返航"事件中的几点失误,旨在以"返航事件"的具体案例,探讨企业如何进行和评价危机公关。
Becoming the public opinion focus of attention's the Air Eastern "return" event,once was much noisier under the public opinion, eventually ended in large Indemnity and corporate image damage. The handling of the "return" event of the Air Eastern provided a good research materials for us. This article analyzes Air Eastern several faults in processing "return" event from the crisis public relations" 5S principle ,for the purpose of by "returning event" discussing how does the enterprise carry on the crisis public relations.
