摘要
人力资源是现代竞争中的核心资源。人力资源管理在现代竞争中已上升到战略的高度,其效率如何直接影响到企业的效率,进而影响到企业的生存发展与竞争力。通过探讨人力资源管理效率与企业效率的一致性关系,在分析国有企业人力资源管理现状、影响人力资源管理效率的因素和国有企业效率测定结果的基础上,认为提升国有企业人力资源管理效率可以从劳动投入的内涵增长方面对国有企业效率的提高起到积极的作用。
Human resources are the core resources in modern competition, and human resources management has risen to a strategic level in modern competition. The efficiency of human resources management directly impact on the efficiency of enterprises, thus affecting the survival, development and competitiveness of enterprise. Through the study of the consistency of human resources management efficiency and the efficiency of enterprises, it is possible to promot the state-owned business efficiency by the way of enhancing the efficiency of human resources management in aspect of connotation growth in labor investment., In the analysis of present situation about human resources management in state-owned enterprise, influencing factors on human resources management efficiency and determination result in State-owned enterprise efficiency.
