摘要
本文介绍一种用于感应耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法的钽舟电热蒸发进样装置,介绍了该装置的电路设计、蒸发室系统。试验结果表明,装置的性能可靠,雾化效率较高,对Cd、Cr、Be、Ag、Cu和Mg的检测限为10^(-8)~10^(-11)g。
The electric system and evaporation chamber of a tantalum capsule electrothermal evaporation sample introduction device for ICP-AES are described.The experimental results show that the device is reliable and more efficient for aebulization; the lower detection limits for Cd,Cr,Cu,Ag,Mn and Mg are between 10^(-8) to 10^(-11)g.
