结合陕西省电力公司的财务管理现状,就如何创新财务管理体制、提升财务运作能力,提出了一些基本思路和需要解决的关键问题,以期指导基层工作。
Combining with the status of financial management in Shaanxi Electric Power Company, some basic thinking and key problems to be solved on how to innovate in financial management system and increase finaneial operational ability are put torward, hoping to guide basic-level work.
