摘要
通过对龙岩学院教师科研工作量化评价实践的调查,分析存在的问题,从明确目的、理顺关系、创造条件、实行差异化评价等四个方面提出提高新建本科院校教师科研工作量化评价实效的措施。
This paper, based on the survey of the quantization assessment for the research work in Longyan University, has analyzed the existing problems in the assessment teachers' scientific and put forward that the actual effects of the quantization assessment for the teachers' scientific research work in the newlyestablished universities would be improved by clarifying the purposes, rationalizing the relations,creating the conditions and conducting some diversifying assessments.
