摘要
本文以"艳照门"事件为例,指出当前网络文化传播中存在的混乱和无序现象,从政府、网络媒体社会责任、网民道德素养等三个层面,提出网络文化建设的建议。
Taking the Nude Photo Scandal of Edison Chen as an example, this text points out the disorder and confusion of the internet culture. And some suggestions are given based on the administration of government, the social responsibility of the web media and the morality accomplishment of people, to ensure a healthy internet culture.
