摘要
以安徽省铜陵市大铜官山公园概念性规划中的旅游与游憩专项规划为例,探讨了现阶段我国矿山在旅游发展中面临的若干问题和规划解决方案,重点从战略规划和旅游项目开发这两个层面阐述了矿山旅游发展的规划理念。在规划的战略层面,提出"主题旅游结合生态旅游"、"建立完善的旅游产品体系",以及"将旅游与游憩相结合"的规划思想。在旅游项目开发的实施层面,特别提出以"目标—问题—对策"的前期分析结合"减法"的创新规划方法来最终确定开发项目。
This article first reviews the tourism development of mines in some developed countries. Then taking the Da Tong Guan Shah Park in Tongling as a case, it discusses the problems and approaches in China nowadays. In another part of this article, it puts forwards some planning concepts which can be used in strategic planning and project development. In the last part of this article, it takes the Mine Historical Museum and Bronze Culture Village as examples to show the mastermind in the project of Da Tong Guan Shan Park. In the Mine Historical Museum, we plan to develop the laneway underground, as a museum for exhibit and amusement. There are four themes of exhibition in the museum. They are ＂History Reappearance＂, ＂Mine Production＂, ＂Mine Workers＂ and ＂Bronze Culture＂. In the Bronze Culture Village, we plan to develop a street of 300 meters, to combine the producing, laying out and sale of bronze culture souvenirs together. There may be a bronze history museum, workshops for different kind of copper things in the street.
