老年慢性硬脑膜下血肿128例治疗分析

摘要 目的研究诊断及治疗老年慢性硬脑膜下血肿的方法。方法回顾性分析128例经手术治疗的老年慢性硬脑膜下血肿患者的临床资料。结果128例均经手术治疗,预后良好118例(92.2%),发生并发症10例(7.8%)。结论对老年慢性硬脑膜下血肿病人,一旦出现颅内压增高的症状,即应施行手术治疗。
