摘要
用被免法测定了14例冠心病患者(CHD组)和20例原发性高血压患者(EH组)血浆内皮素(Endothelin ET)浓度变化,并与18例健康人(对照组)进行比较。结果表明,CHD、EH组血浆ET较对照组明显增高(P<0.05,P<0.01);将EH组进行分期,与对照组比较,EH-Ⅰ期无明显增高(P>0.05),EH-Ⅱ及EH-Ⅲ期均较对照组明显增高(P<0.001),提示ET在冠心病及原发性高血压发生与发展方面具有重要意义。
The plasma endothelin(ET)levels were measured by radioimmunoassay in 14 patients withcoronary heart disease(CHD), 20 patients with essential hypertension (EH) and 18 healthy subjects .Theresults showed that the plasma ET levels in the patients with CHD and EH were higher than that in con-trols(P<0. 05, P<0. 01). We also found that the plasma levels of ET were significantly higher in the pa-tients with EH-Ⅱ、Ⅲ stage than that in controls(P<0.001), but no significant change in those withEH-Ⅰ stage(P> 05). The results indicated that ET may play an important role in pathogenesis of CHDand EH.
