摘要
脑静脉血栓形成是比较少见但很严重的神经系统病变,影像学检查在诊断中非常重要,及时而正确的治疗是重要的。MRI、TOF MRV、增强MRV和CTV等是最有用的诊断技术,了解正常静脉变异和影像判断中可能的误差对于正确诊断也是非常重要的。
Cerebral venous thrombosis is a relatively tmcommon but a serious neumlogic disorder. MRI, TOF MRV, contrast materialenhanced M:RV and CTV are particularly useful techniques for detecting cerebral venous and brain parenchymal changes that may be related to thrombosis. To achieve an accurate diagnosis, it is important to have a detailed knowledge of the normal venous anatomy and variants, and potential pitfalls in image interpretation.
