摘要
针对目前投标过程中,往往出现企业的投标价格低于成本,而却没有有效的方法进行判定这一现状,提出了根据企业的财务经营状况,结合投标价格,进行判定的一种方法,指出该方法是十分有效和可行的。
Aimed in the process in the bidding, the bidding price usually low the cost of enterprise, and did not have effective methods to judge it. The paper puts forward a methods base on enterprise finance affairs and bidding price to judge whether the bidding price below the cost. It points out that it is effective and feasible.
