摘要
采用玻片浸渍法在室内条件下测定了黄花蒿丙酮粗提物按不同配比与吡螨胺混用后对朱砂叶螨的室内毒力,以明确黄花蒿丙酮粗提物与吡螨胺混用后的增效作用。结果表明:黄花蒿丙酮粗提物与吡螨胺对朱砂叶螨单用对朱砂叶螨的LC50值(48h)分别为423.23、5.46mg/L。两者按质量比为180.9∶1混用后增效作用达到最强,共毒系数为357.4,对朱砂叶螨的LC50值为84.26mg/L。
Laboratory toxicity of extract of Artemisia annua L. were determined by slide dip method. The results showed that and tebufenpyrad mixtures to Tetranychus cinnabarinus when the weight ratio of extract of Artemisia annua L. and tebufenpyrad was 180.9:1, the synergism was the most significant with the co-toxicity coefficient of 357.4 after treatment 48 h and the LC^0 was 84.26 mg/L. However, the LC50, of acetone extract 0f Artemisia annua L. and tebufenpyrad against T. cinnabarinus were 423.23 and 5.46 mg/L, respectively. There were significant acaricidal bioactivities synergies effect after mixture of extract of Artemisia annua L. and tebufenpyrad.
