摘要
以供送正圆柱形物件为例,综合考虑正圆柱形物件在高速分件供送螺杆的旋转推送下前进时,受到螺杆、固定滑板和侧向挡板的共同作用,对圆柱形物件的受力情况进行分析,并建立运动方程,在保证实现稳态供送的前提下,找出可控条件,以求更好的指导设计和操作。
Force analysis of cylindrical materials was made by considering the combined action of sending screw, fixed skateboards, and side baffle under high speed feeding with the example of sending cylindrical materials. The motion equations were established to look for controllable conditions under the premise of steady--state feeding, so as to better guide the design and operation.
