摘要
桥式起重机大车啃轨主要是指起重机在运行过程中,由于种种原因造成起重机走偏,使车轮轮缘与轨道侧面摩擦,产生水平侧向力,形成磨损。轻微啃轨使轮缘及轨道侧面有明显的磨损痕迹,严重啃轨会造成轮缘和轨道的侧面金属剥落,影响起重机的使用寿命。笔者对啃轨的原因进行了较详细地分析,并提出了相应的解决方法和对策。
Skew traveling of the bridge crane cart is mainly caused in the crane running process, when the crane goes skew, and the wheel flange rubs against the rail sideways, the horizontal yawing force and abrasion are caused. Slightly skew traveling could make the abrasion trace apparently at the flange and the rail sideways, when it becomes serious, it can make the metal peel off at the flange and the rail sideways, thus affect the crane's service life. In this article, the causes of skew traveling are analyzed, and resolvent and precautions are then put forward.
