摘要
仔细观察济钢冷轧卷错层划伤缺陷的特征,并对产生原因进行了分析。提出一系列的改进措施,以减少并消除冷轧卷错层划伤缺陷,大大提高了济钢冷轧产品的质量,取得了显著的经济效益。
The characteristic of stagger cascade scratch defect after cold rolling was carefully observed and the main cause was analyzed. A series of improvements were put out to reduce and eliminate the defect. The cold rolled product quality was thus improved.
